Penguins

We hope to see you next year!

Revenge of the Penguins is a low-key, low-stress practice race for anyone training for a marathon, or for anyone who just wants the challenge. We provide course support and electronic timing usually found only at larger races.

While we have no formal time limit to complete the course, we do mark the passage of 5 hours, the time within which all Marine Corps Marathoners must complete the first 20 miles of that race. All mid-pack and back-of-the-pack runners aiming to "beat the bridge" are welcome at Penguins. Please join us on September 17 to test yourself and prepare for your own racing goals.  At our race, Penguins Rule!

John Steitz, Race Director
