Corruption is defined as the impairment of integrity or virtue. India is one of the major countries whose progress is affected by corruption. Day-to-day life of a normal Indian is affected by corruption and bribery in the government agencies. According to Transparency International, about 50% of Indians have experienced firsthand bribery in public offices while getting a job done. 5th Pillar is a non-governmental organization whose goal is to eliminate corruption at all levels of Society. The organization uses a currency note similar to INR 50 but with a zero denomination to firmly declare “I promise to Neither Accept nor Give Bribe” when approached by government officials.
